We are searching for a candidate to serve in our youth ministry part time. We are located in a suburb of College Station and serve a predominately ethnic Chinese community.
Reefer Coordinator *
DUTIES/FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Take reefer bookings & send Hazardous for approval
– Prepare daily booking report if required
– Follow up on booking status
– Assist customers with any problem they may have
– Assist customers with vessel schedule
Import Logistics Coordinator – MWE REGION*
Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:
Sending arrival notices
Collecting OBL and misc. charges
Monitoring Customs clearance
Releasing of IPI shipments by rail Hubs
Coordinating door deliveries
Follow through of correction advice
Perform tasks relating to General Order
Communication with clients and vendors
Building strong customer service bonds with both internal and external customers and promoting teamwork environment.
All other functions as directed by management
