- Assist Senior Accounting Manager in preparing external reports, such as 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, etc.

- 3+ years experience in audit experience with Big 4 Accounting firms is a big plus.
- Experience with SAP ERP is preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform diligent, analytical, and meticulous financial analysis.
- Quick learner with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced MS Excel and database tools skills are required.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize and meet tight deadlines.

- Assist with annual financial budget planning processes from scratch for worldwide locations; provide forecast material for earning guidance.
- Conduct in-depth periodic financial performance reviews, identify red flags of abnormal ratio changes, and provide additional transparency/business insights for management alert.
- Provide transfer pricing transactional analysis and propose necessary pricing policy change if necessary.
- Coordinate and assist with quarterly reviews and annual audits with external auditors.
- Support banking audits and internal control activities.
- Process Improvement with Technology
- Lead projects/process improvements across the organization; able to quickly grasp new technical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
- At least 5 years in public companies’ financial reporting is required, additional FP&A experience is preferred
- License of Certified Public Accountant and robust knowledge of US GAAP required
- Public company and SEC registrant experience is preferred
- Prior management experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of all aspects of financial analysis and management required
- SAP and BPC knowledge and experience are a plus
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

Summary: The position will be primarily responsible for managing Active Directory, Email flow, Office 365 cloud services and other authentication/security related functions like PKI, KMS, SAML etc. The incumbent will manage these services working on a team and participating in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

- Provide quick turnaround for the Legal Discovery requests for the Office 365 content
- Manage/assign the right mail retention policies as directed by Records Management
- Manage Retention Hold as requested by Records Management
- Monitor the health and Security of the Office 365 cloud services
- Write power shell scripts for reports and alerts for both AD, Office 365 and other software tools supported by the team.
- Manage the Netwrix, Splunk and NetIQ tools
- Administer the PKI infrastructure (internal and external)
- Administer the KMS services
- Manage the DNS services (internal and external)
- Manage the AntiSPAM/Antivirus/URL-Rewrite/URL-defanging for the email on the SMTP relays and on Exchange Online
- Onboard the admin/sensitive accounts into CyberArk and manage the password rotation in CyberArk
- Ability to integrate/migrate the infrastructure/domains/cloud-apps from the Acquired companied seamlessly and efficiently.
- Lead in Disaster Recovery Planning, Documentation, Testing and Deployment to the DR location. Be ready to travel to DR location if needed.
- Need to provide Audit reports from time to time for SOX and other IT audits.
- Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment

Summary: The position will be primarily responsible for managing Active Directory, Email flow, Office 365 cloud services and other authentication/security related functions like PKI, KMS, SAML etc. The incumbent will manage these services working on a team and participating in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the multiple Active Directory forests/domains
- Manage the Office 365 services
- Directory Synchronization through AADConnect
- Manage the credentials/identities in Azure Directory
- Maintain uninterrupted email flow
- Manage Transport Rules for special email handling
- Govern the Teams life cycle management
- Ensure License compliance and appropriate license assignments.
- Configure Enterprise Applications in the Office 365 cloud for 3rd party app integration
- Establish conditional access policies in the cloud for ideal security and compliance
- Support Windows Hello for Business
- Provide quick turnaround for the Legal Discovery requests for the Office 365 content
- Manage/assign the right mail retention policies as directed by Records Management
- Manage Retention Hold as requested by Records Management
- Monitor the health and Security of the Office 365 cloud services
- Write power shell scripts for reports and alerts for both AD, Office 365 and other software tools supported by the team.
- Manage the Netwrix, Splunk and NetIQ tools
- Administer the PKI infrastructure (internal and external)
- Administer the KMS services
- Manage the DNS services (internal and external)
- Manage the AntiSPAM/Antivirus/URL-Rewrite/URL-defanging for the email on the SMTP relays and on Exchange Online
- Onboard the admin/sensitive accounts into CyberArk and manage the password rotation in CyberArk
- Ability to integrate/migrate the infrastructure/domains/cloud-apps from the Acquired companied seamlessly and efficiently.
- Lead in Disaster Recovery Planning, Documentation, Testing and Deployment to the DR location. Be ready to travel to DR location if needed.
- Need to provide Audit reports from time to time for SOX and other IT audits.
- Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain professional and friendly communication while under stress.
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience of 8+ years
- Active Directory and DNS – 8 years of experience
- Office 365 (including AADConnect, Azure Directory, Email, Transport Rules, Teams, licensing, Enterprise applications, Conditional Access Policies, Legal Discovery, Mail Retention policies, Labels, Retention hold) – 5 years of experience
- Windows Hello for Business – 3 years of experience
- Power Shell Scripting - 5 years of experience
- Certificate Services (PKI) and Key Management Services (KMS) – 5years of experience
- Expertise in tools like Splunk, Netwrix, NetIQ DRA etc., - 5years
- Proficiency with Acquisitions and Mergers related infrastructure integrations/migrations – 5years
Preferred skills:
- ITIL certification
- MCP, MCSA, MCIT or any client (desktop/laptop infrastructure) related technical certification

Executive Services - Houston, TX - Full Time
Basic Function Assists with the coordination of domestic and international travel and event arrangements, meeting schedules, logistical and payment support for visiting Saudi Aramco (SAO) Corporate and Executive Management, CEO, Chairman, Board Members, and Aramco Services Company (ASC) President and subsidiaries on a 24/7 basis. With the highest level of service, provides administrative and logistical support to the Chairman and CEO and Board of Directors during SAO board meetings and visits to the Americas and provides logistical support to other SAO Corporate executives attending events in the Americas. Duties & Responsibilities- Executive Support: Coordinates and assists with travel itineraries (i.e. accommodations, transportation and restaurant reservations) for SAO Corporate and Executive Management, CEO, Chairman, Board of Directors, ASC President, subsidiaries, and their dependents. Coordinates with counterparts at SAO and keeps stakeholders abreast of schedule and logistical plans. Utilizes ASC and SAO support functions and their contracted vendors as required. Maintains high confidentiality of all travel arrangements. Provides accurate payment reconciliation for expenses.
- Board of Directors Meetings: Assists with planning and development of SAO Board Meetings within the Americas and may provide on the ground logistical support for SAO Chairman, CEO, Board Members and dependents during SAO Board Meetings and other executive visits in the Americas.
- Company-wide Social Events: Assists in the coordination and execution of internal and external ASC employee social and business events, meetings and recognition activities.
- Business Relationships: Develops relationships with and frequently performs site visits to evaluate premier accommodation, transportation, event, dining and entertainment venues in key cities with high-level awareness of local protocol requirements. In addition, sources premier executive gifts, goods and services.
- Relevant Job Requirements: Demonstrates high aptitude for coordinating high level executive events with deference to cultural protocols. Must possess inherent refinement, impeccable taste, and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to excellence. Because this position coordinates and assists with travel and events for high level executives and Saudi Arabian Government officials, diplomacy, tact, and demeanor are essential prerequisites.
- Office Administration: Coordinates use of ASC executive office space, conference facilities and provides administrative support to visiting SAO Corporate and Executive Management, CEO, Chairman and Board. Maintains fully stocked catering facilities in order to respond to executive requests and events.
- Administrative Requirements: Maintains accurate records and accounting of meeting and travel expenses. Reconciles all invoices and expense reports for the ES Team. Assists with annual, quarterly and monthly department budget updates.

- Bachelor's degree, preferably related field of study.
- Related experience in the hospitality (hotel or catering) industry preferred. Administrative Assistant experience to executive level management preferred.
