Job Description
Reporting to the Houston Service Desk Team Leader, the Junior Windows Support Specialist role will be responsible for providing entry level of technical support in configuring, troubleshooting, isolating, repairing, and resolving user desktop issues.
This support will be inclusive of desktop/laptop/tablet hardware and software, mobile devices, printer/scanners/copiers, audio visual equipment, hardware peripherals and other desktop related equipment.
It will involve using and maintaining the team documentation and undertaking project work to proactively improve the user experience.
Principle Accountabilities
- Pick-up and maintain support tickets in a timely manner
- Support Microsoft OS and Applications
- Provide first-line hardware support for end points
- User account management using Active Roles and Azure
- Set up end user desks with appropriate hardware
- Build systems from SCCM
- Deploy software from centralized servers
- Perform routine checks of deployed systems (e.g., meeting rooms)
- Assist with project work
- Ensure all documentation and procedures are kept up to date
- Onsite office moves
- On-call rotation

Summary
Energy Transfer is looking for a talented and driven Senior Specialist to join our Operational Data Analytics team. As a Senior Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and meaningful projects in the energy sector. You will be responsible for helping to implement and support our corporate data historian environment, as well as implementing optimization solutions for Energy Transfer’s Operations. Summary
Energy Transfer is looking for a talented and driven Senior Specialist to join our Operational Data Analytics team. As a Senior Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and meaningful projects in the energy sector. You will be responsible for helping to implement and support our corporate data historian environment, as well as implementing optimization solutions for Energy Transfer’s Operations. You will also be a subject matter expert (SME) for the system and will work closely with our Energy Transfer’s Operations groups to help understand business challenges and implement solutions leveraging historian and analytics software.

- Design solutions, install, and configure the historian software for new and existing facilities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the system.

Summary: The Specialist – IT Terminal Apps Support Analyst is a part of the IT team responsible for ongoing application support and project work for the Energy Transfer and Sunoco terminal truck loading business area. - Coordinate technical implementation and migration of software upgrades, patches, code releases, and database changes for the various enterprise applications.
- Develop and review tests in conjunction with quality assurance and engineering.
- Assist with development of integration and quality assurance testing as needed.
- Follow a strict methodology and process for change control, application support, and escalation.
- Provide training, guidance, and resource support for end users.
- Support the existing applications, resolve issues, and recommend strategic application growth.
- Provide emergency support for severity one issues and other business critical situations in a fast-paced environment. These systems include enterprise software to support Measurement and Operations businesses.
