About Our Customer Relations Representative
Our company is growing! We are in the process of building an energized and united team, ready and willing to delight our customers and exceed expectations. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with a strong desire to provide the highest level of customer service. In this role, attention to detail and organization are crucial. You are the driving force from the moment an order is received, until the moment it leaves our facility. If you are passionate about productivity and helping people, this is the position for you!
Responsibilities
- Complete all sales and service orders in an accurate and timely manner utilizing CRM
- Identify, address, and follow up on all discrepancies and customer issues
- Coordinate logistics of the shipping process including required documentation for international customers
- Understand and follow departmental and internal procedures to contribute to the success of the team
- These are some of the more frequent tasks you could expect to perform during your workday, but you may be called upon to fulfill other duties as needed.

Qualifications
- Customer-oriented with a proactive nature and a positive attitude
- Comfortable calling customers to ensure expedient resolutions
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Clerical experience preferred

This is a full-time position with the occasional opportunity for overtime. Starting salary is within the posted range and is determined by experience, education, and potential.
