Our Sales Managers typically have experienced success selling to owners and upper management of large manufacturers. Their track records demonstrate a technical foundation, sales experience and the potential to manage salespeople. Job Duties:

  • Grow your sales team into a revenue generating machine.
  • Turn your sales team into prospecting gurus to find new customers.
  • Incrementally improve your team’s performance every month.
  • Repeat all of the above.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven sales results in an industrial sales environment is preferred.
  • Enthusiastic about the opportunity to hire, train, manage, and develop outside sales representatives.
  • High Emotional IQ to coach, lead, and collaborate with others.
  • Must be fanatical about fielding a team that excels at prospecting and closing.
  • Experience selling higher-priced product than your competition in a highly competitive industry.
  • Experience selling complex solutions.
  • Good problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a technical industry or a technical degree is preferred.
  • This position will require adaptability and ability to adjust to a rapidly growing/changing work environment.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
