Summary
The Senior Product Management Strategist manages the company’s worldwide business for multiple product lines through their lifecycles, including product strategy, customer/market requirements analysis, and pricing. On a peer basis, this position will interact with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to optimize business performance for assigned product lines. The Senior Product Management Strategist will also assist with segmentation, business planning, product marketing strategies, portfolio management, and production forecasts. Job Duties Representing AOI
  • Attend as AOI’s representative in data center related standards, conferences, and MSAs nationwide and globally in which they are held.
Data center FAE (Field Application Engineering)
  • Collaborating with Sales to approach customers and provide technical support.
  • Working with Sales/ RMA teams to handle customer’s technical issues and RMA cases.
  • Gather customers’ feedback for strategic use for new products or improvements.
Data center market investigation and strategy analysis
  • Research market/ technical trends and creating SWOT/ QCD analyses to provide business strategy proposals.
Internal process coordination
  • Coordinating NPI, PLM, MES and all manufacture system build projects.
Product management related activities
  • Provide backup and support to other projects and initiatives.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of a Master's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Semiconductor Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of related data center product management, FAE, R&D, marketing work experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Superior organizational, planning and coordination skills.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • A Project Management Professional certification is preferred.

Summary:

IT SAP Security/GRC Lead Specialist: Responsible for managing and providing SAP support to Energy Transfer users within functional and technical areas of expertise. This includes interacting with users to understand requirements, evaluating alternative solutions, resolving problems/issues, developing training materials, providing user training, communicating status and documenting system changes (e.g. new reports and functionality) to the appropriate business levels in the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: 
    • Plans, directs and coordinates activities in order to ensure project goals are accomplished within defined constraints.
    • Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
  • Problem Resolution: 
    • Research production problems and/or enhancement issues and make appropriate configuration changes to the system.  Initiate action and evaluate issues to develop alternative solutions.  Apply expert knowledge and experience to resolve problems.
    • Conduct day-to-day troubleshooting and break-fix activities.  Provide telephone support to share in the 24x7 365-day support of SAP production system.
    • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) lead for all SAP Security and GRC modules including but not limited to S4, Fiori, BPC 11.0, O-BPC, E HANA, Solman, GRC 12 components EAM, ARA, ARM and BRM
  • Continuous Improvement and Efficiency Projects:
    • Develop and implement SAP security policies, architecture and processes. This function includes identifying SAP security solutions, implementing standards and best practices, identifying and remediating vulnerabilities and other associated compliance activities.
    • Experience and strong understanding of internal controls, security practices and a working knowledge of S4 and Fiori configuration, functionality and SAP GRC for Controls and SOD resolution strategies to enable the business process transformation needs.
    • Understands and Applies Sarbanes Oxley compliance knowledge in internal controls/business process controls design, development, testing, implementation, support, and documentation of a Risk and Controls Matrix for the S4 SAP environment. 
    • Thinks strategically as the future internal controls/business process controls design is built
    • Translate business requirements into a robust security model for SAP S/4 HANA, BPC, E-HANA, Fiori, PO, GRC implementation in accordance with the overall business and IT strategy.
  • Knowledge Transfer/Mentor:
    • Develop and conduct SAP training and knowledge transfer to business clients.
    • Proactively train other IT resources further develop their understanding of SAP application configuration and business processes.
  • SOX Compliance: 
    • Ensure that changes/enhancements are completed using appropriate SOX control processes. Recommend/implement SOX change control process changes as necessary.

 

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Accounting or equivalent work experience plus experience related to the applicable level.
  • Experience should include 2 SAP full project life cycle implementations, and SAP Security design and implementation experience with at least 1 SAP greenfield project implementation experience
  • 2-3 years of GRC 10.1/12 Access Control implementation experience with at least 1 new implementation experience
  • Administration/Troubleshooting complex security issues related to S4 HANA, BPC, O-BPC, ChaRM, E-HANA Security, Fiori catalogs, groups and configure security roles
  • Configure GRC SOD Rule Set and work with the compliance team to test, evaluate the effectiveness of SOD’s and mitigation controls.
  • Experience with Integrating SAP with SailPoint IdM is preferred
  • Should be well versed working with internal and external auditors and remediate gaps from IT/SAP audits
  • Should be able to lead Customer Workshops and Presentations Independently
  • Responsible for the effectiveness of SAP Security Controls (Emergency Access, SOD Compliance, etc.) and addressing audit findings in SAP environments
  • Deep expertise in implementing the various modules of GRC Access Control – ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM along with complex workflow layouts using MSMP and BRF+
  • Implementation experience with GRC Process Control module and integration with Access Control is preferred

    • Understands and Applies Sarbanes Oxley compliance knowledge in internal controls/business process controls design, development, testing, implementation, support, and documentation of a Risk and Controls Matrix for the S4 SAP environment. 
    • Thinks strategically as the future internal controls/business process controls design is built
    • Translate business requirements into a robust security model for SAP S/4 HANA, BPC, E-HANA, Fiori, PO, GRC implementation in accordance with the overall business and IT strategy.
  • Knowledge Transfer/Mentor:
    • Develop and conduct SAP training and knowledge transfer to business clients.
    • Proactively train other IT resources further develop their understanding of SAP application configuration and business processes.
  • SOX Compliance:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Accounting or equivalent work experience plus experience related to the applicable level.
  • Experience should include 2 SAP full project life cycle implementations, and SAP Security design and implementation experience with at least 1 SAP greenfield project implementation experience
  • 2-3 years of GRC 10.1/12 Access Control implementation experience with at least 1 new implementation experience
  • Administration/Troubleshooting complex security issues related to S4 HANA, BPC, O-BPC, ChaRM, E-HANA Security, Fiori catalogs, groups and configure security roles
  • Configure GRC SOD Rule Set and work with the compliance team to test, evaluate the effectiveness of SOD’s and mitigation controls.
  • Experience with Integrating SAP with SailPoint IdM is preferred
  • Should be well versed working with internal and external auditors and remediate gaps from IT/SAP audits
  • Should be able to lead Customer Workshops and Presentations Independently
  • Responsible for the effectiveness of SAP Security Controls (Emergency Access, SOD Compliance, etc.) and addressing audit findings in SAP environments
  • Deep expertise in implementing the various modules of GRC Access Control – ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM along with complex workflow layouts using MSMP and BRF+
  • Implementation experience with GRC Process Control module and integration with Access Control is preferred

Summary:

Energy Transfer is looking for an experienced Leak Detection specialist to assist with the maintenance and expansion of its Computational Pipeline Monitoring (CPM) system. Responsibilities of the position will include, but not limited to, the utilization of third-party software applications that uses a statistical or compensated volume balance, to model the system and provide leak detection, rupture, batch tracking, and hydraulics analysis of liquids pipelines.   • Configure, tune, and maintain statistical and/or compensated volume balance leak detection system for liquid pipelines
  • Installation and configuration of data transfer services  (OPC, SQL and others) linking field measurements and pipeline models
  • Provide support for troubleshooting and maintenance of the LD system and its interfaces to other applications, particularly the SCADA system.
  • Work with other company departments to gather information, configure and maintain pipeline models in CPM software
  • Work with Pipeline Operations, Field Operations, Engineering, and SCADA to review and adjust configurations and displays to tune and trouble-shoot real-time operation of the system for accurate pipeline monitoring
  • Assist SCADA Integration and scripts development, this includes building the SCADA objects required by the LDS
  • Provide end user training on the use of the leak detection system
  • Manage and coordinate alarm management and testing to comply with API 1130 and API 1175
  • Support the overall Leak Detection Program (LDP)
  • Be available for rotational on-call 24/7 application support or as needed
  • Support simulation RTTM models of natural gas pipelines
  • Other duties as required

    Job Description

    The Facilities team in the Houston office is offering a position for Facilities Engineer.
    • Responsible for building and systems maintenance, testing, repair and inspection.
    • Coordination of contractors for building repair, replacement, testing and remodeling.
    • Perform moves of employee offices and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory and internal HSE standards.
    • Able to work effectively in a team environment with minimum supervision.

    Qualifications

    • Able to work weekends and after hours, as needed. This position requires employee to participate in 4-week, on-call rotation

    • Experience in commercial HVAC, CMMS, task management, MS Excel, MS Word, building automation and control systems

Summary We’re looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer, who will be responsible for designing, programming, simulating and testing automated machinery in order to maximize the efficiency of production lines. The Manufacturing Process Engineer will also verify materials and components used to create a range of products. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong programming knowledge and ability to work and communicate with other teams to complete exact tasks. Responsibilities
  • Perform material qualification process to qualify new material for RD or production. The main responsibility is to review specsheet define test item and quantity, review data, and prepare qualification report to qualify/deny the material
  • Work with Manufacture Engineering team and production line to perform qualification processes. Provide qualification SOP and instruction for technician and operator. Modify necessary manufacture process if needed. Troubleshoot issues related to new material
  • Work with Quality team to establish inspection standard for new material
  • Work with Sourcing team to review specification and documentation from vendors
  • Other manufacture related duties as needed or required up to 50% of the working time
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required, Master’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 1+ years in engineering related work, 2+ years preferred
  • Knowledge of common programming languages and use of Microsoft Office Products
  • Labview programming or circuit design experience is a plus
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills and ability to manage multiple/concurrent projects
  • Able to work independently and responsibly without close supervision
  • Able to lift or move equipment up to 35 pounds
  • This position may be expected to travel (5%)
