Bookkeeper

• Responsible for accurate data entry of all bills, invoices, expenses, and deposits
• Issue invoices to customers and record payments
• Prepare accurate payments to ensure that vendors are paid on time
• Prepare credit memos and vendor credits as needed
• Conduct reconciliations to ensure accuracy of accounts

Marketing Coordinator

Provides overall marketing support to the Business Development/Marketing team by creating high quality proposals, presentations, correspondence, and marketing materials.
