Job Title: Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The receptionist will manage phone calls, schedule appointments, handle inquiries, and perform various clerical duties.     1. Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

    1. Guide visitors or customers to the right area, and keep their belongings to the lockers.

    1. Take photo for some visitors if need, and guide visitors or customers to the

    1. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals.

    1. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

    1. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

    1. Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients, visitors, and staff.

    1. Ensure security procedures are followed for visitors and employees.

    1. Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.

    1. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.


    1. High school diploma or equivalent.

    1. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.

    1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

    1. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

    1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    1. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    1. Professional appearance and demeanor.

    1. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

    1. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

    1. Knowledge of office equipment such as multi-line phone systems and fax machines is a plus.
