Summary
As the member of the Enterprise Services Team, this position will support all the projects and operations related to Active Directory, DNS, Office 365 suite, Windows Hello for Business, Certificate Services (PKI), NTP, ADFS, AADConnect, Compliance and email retention, DLP, Key Management Services, Business Continuity and Mail Gateways. The position will also be responsible for security and service availability/continuity of the above services. The position will go on-call rotation with other employees of the team. The position will participate in IT integration whenever the Merger/Acquisition/divestiture activities occur. As technology in the industry or internal tech roadmap changes, the position will work on software/tools as decided at that time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Setup and manage the domain controllers and Active Directory
- Manage the external and internal DNS
- Manage the whole Office 365 suite, AD Sync, licenses and security
- Support Passwordless authentication through Windows Hello for Business
- Manage Certificate Services (PKI) internally through Microsoft CAs and externally through the providers.
- Maintain network time across all domains and domain controllers.
- Support AD Federation Services for authentication
- Meet and align the policies and operations as per the company’s Compliance and email retention requirements
- Protect the PII data through appropriate Data Loss Prevention (DLP) measures
- Activate licenses for all the Microsoft products in the Enterprise through Key Management Services (KMS)
- For all the business-critical systems and services, test and maintain Business Continuity plans
- Protect all the users from Phishing, Spoofing, SPAM and other email related attacks by employing the right filtering/rules on the Mail Gateways.
- The position will also be responsible for security and service availability/continuity of0 the above services.
- The position will go on-call rotation with other employees of the team.

Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
- Manage multiple Windows 2019/2016 domains and cross forest AD security
- Manage Exchange 2019/2016 multiple Database Avaiability Groups and multi-forest environment
- Manage in Office 365 suite and AAD Connect
- Hands on experience with NTP, DNS and ADFS management
- Knowledge with Security and Compliance center in Office 365
- Certificate Services Administration
- Key Management Services Administration
- Participate in BCP/DR environment setups and processes
- Troubleshoot mail related issues and track delivery of genuine mails and SPAM
- Administer Cisco Ironport (in the cloud and on premises)
- Excellence in PowerShell scripts for batch jobs and automation
- 5+ years of related experience
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Microfocus DRA, Splunk, NetWrix, CyberArk, Grafana, Graylog and other security tools
- Hands on familiarity with Veeam and other backup tools
- ITIL certification or experience
Communication:
- Positive verbal and written communication among team members
- Friendly and helpful communication with the customers
- Ability to interface with users from across the company and different geographic locations remotely.
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
- The Senior IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
- The Lead IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience
- The Principal IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of relevant job related experience
Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
- Usually, normal onsite office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
