I have overseen new product development and established trust in client relationships and developed confidence in junior engineers. For 15+ years, I have engaged in multi-faceted project engineering roles including:

• early engineering proposals, equipment market an d shore base facilities research for implementation

• Leading design and analyst team to develop and mature a specialized connector that exceeded performance requirements within budget and schedule
• Overseeing offshore project’s system integration testing, coordination of third party equipment and interface management.
• Authoring several papers recommending selection of specialize equipment, development of shore based facilities to support subsea operations, technical proposals for wellbay configurations, and production equipment for SPARs and tension legged wellhead platforms.
