We are seeking a detailed oriented, team player to assist in the daily functions of the Sales and Marketing Department. The primary functions of the Sales Support Administrator will include data entry, processing sales orders, customer service, and assisting sales representatives in daily activities.
Responsible for training and managing various short and long term operational/strategic initiatives by providing on-site technical assistance, implementation support, training, and supplemental training of business processes. Keeps current with operational information and models and provides strategic insight for operational processes. Coordinates and implements effective training strategies for variable education and experience levels. Consults on the integration of WellMed’s Clinical Application tools and translates needs into functional specifications. Functions as a key member of the Clinical Applications Process Support Team (CAPS) as the functional liaison between the business and the application development teams.
The On-Site Sales Concierge will coordinate customers through all aspects of the homebuying process and be the main point of contact from sales agreement through closing to create an exemplary experience and to ensure they are Tickled, Delighted, and Happy with their new home purchase. The Concierge will interact with homebuyers regulary via phone, email and in person to provide them with updates about the status of their home and estimated timelines. The Concierge will deliver a high-touch customer experience that mirrors the level of quality found throughout Lennar. The Concierge should be extremely organized and a customer service-oriented team player.
As a Summer IT Business Analyst you will participate in our structured College Internship Program. The program has been designed to expose the student to multiple disciplines of information technology within a large enterprise over a condensed two and a half (2.5) month period. At the end of the internship, the student will present the results of their cumulative internship project to the IT Senior Management team. Interns will be supported by key IT staff and all work will be performed under the supervision of a senior staff member.
