DUTIES/FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
aThe Equipment management coordinator receives guidelines and instructions from Manager and AVP of
Equipment Management team and assists the manager/AVP with preparation of contract negotiations with chassis
provider, depot operators, and equipment related service providers.
– Take reefer bookings & send Hazardous for approval
– Prepare daily booking report if required
– Follow up on booking status
– Assist customers with any problem they may have
– Assist customers with vessel schedule
DUTIES/FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Handle vessel closings for West Coast sailings
· Follow up on booking status
· Handle vessel reports, HAZ manifest, Reefer manifest & Out of Gauge manifest
Project Controls Cost Lead on a medium to large size project, or for a project with an above average sized Project Controls Cost Engineering staff. Responsible for effective execution of Project Controls cost programs (cost analysis/control, and reporting activities) on an assigned large or major project/program in accordance with Bechtel Group, Inc. and applicable Project Controls Department Procedures.
Works with Expediting, Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Materials Management and Traffic and Logistics to identify and set plans in place to mitigate risk and address concerns raised with the prime and sub suppliers.
Plans and conducts independent work in the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) Engineering discipline within the Oil, Gas and Chemicals Business Unit requiring judgment in the evaluation, selection, application and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures and criteria
