We are seeking a semiconductor process engineer. The engineer will primarily be responsible for fabricating compound semiconductor lasers on InP wafers inside a cleanroom environment, ensuring that production line tools have maximized uptime, analyzing process data such as SPC charts, and addressing issues when necessary. At times, the engineer may also need to participate in the improvement projects and new tool qualification (vendor contact, tool evaluation, installation, Factory Acceptance Test, qualification, etc.).
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for the development and execution of all quality perspective and its subsidiaries and operations in optical components, including but not limited to RMA FA, RMA status analysis, inline quality control, final quality control, and regulations.
The Equipment Engineer works closely with the production line (wafer and chip), R&D, EHS (Environmental health & safety), and facility departments to equip AOI with the most up-to-date and state-of-the-art technology in manufacturing and research development, and to support the routine operation and future growth of the semiconductor products division.
We are looking for a Machine Vision Engineer who will be in charge of our compound semiconductor Laser Wafer and Chip vision inspection to expand the capabilities of our semi automated defect detection system in a cleanroom environment. Main tasks include product inspection yield monitoring and improvement, inspection algorithm improvement, and regular inspection, maintenance, and optimization of tools/equipment.
