Deliver mechanical engineering services that meet Worley’, its customers’ and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.

Process Engineer

Plans, schedules and coordinates various activities involving all aspects of Process Engineering for several small projects or one moderate project.  Must be fully competent in performing all conventional aspects of Process Engineering and application of independent judgment for the evaluation, selection and substantial adaptation of standard Process Engineering methods and procedures.  Assignments have clear and specific objectives, which require periodic evaluation by a more senior engineer.

Information Management Specialist

Performs most documentation functions including: Transmittal preparation, monitoring data flow and ensuring work processes are in place. Must be Familiar with Information Management’s Work Processes and Procedures. Works under immediate supervision

General Affairs Coordinator *

Manage multiple phone lines
Manage all office-related tasks
Handle all office equipment inquiries/troubleshooting
Manage office supply inventory for HSC, BSC and DAL offices
Establish good working relationships with vendors
Analyze and ready all vendor invoices for payment approval.
Coordinate and oversee all office events.
All other functions as directed by management
Must have extreme level of professionalism
Solid computer skills

Options Analyst

Analyze costs to ensure margin optimization for new and existing options.
Maintain all sales materials pertaining to options: Catalogued Options List, Options List, Plan Options Master, Selection Sheets, Appliance Brochures and TrueLine.

Compensation Analyst

Serves as a co-project lead in all annual processes, i.e. Merit and Bonus for training and development purposes. Provides back-up and support to all levels of the Compensation Team which can occur in the Compensation role. Researches and assists in the development, documentation and administration of Compensation programs, policies and procedures, salary guidelines and job evaluations. Conducts and participates in salary surveys.

Desktop Services Specialist 1

This is a full-time (Professionals) position in the City’s Innovation and Technology Department. An individual in this position will provide high level technical support for the department. Maintain desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions. Reporting relationship: IT Manager.
